Workspaces are private and only users can access them. Access to the building and to each of the spaces is through facial recognition, electronic key or QR code.

Sustainability is a priority for us. At L’illa & Co. we have a photovoltaic installation for self-consumption and we are CO2 neutral thanks to reforestation projects. That is why the coworking has obtained the maximum energy rating for the building, the BREEAM “very good” certification and the WELL pre-certification. All this makes it a space committed to the environment and the well-being of its users.
