L’illa Co Expands in Diagonal Barcelona with 1800 m² of New Coworking and Training Spaces

Indicesa L’illa inaugurates the expansion of L’illa & Co., the first business coworking space located in L’illa Diagonal and managed by Savills Flex. With this expansion, L’illa & Co. has now ​​1,800 sqm distributed on a single floor, thus becoming the reference flex space in the financial district of Barcelona.

After opening less than a year ago and with occupancy reaching 100% in just four months, the expansion incorporates 12 new private offices and 12 hot desks, a multipurpose and divisible training room with a total capacity for 50 people, new meeting rooms, a new office space and several open work areas where you can hold informal meetings and encourage networking.

For managing L’illa & Co., Indicesa L’illa has entrusted the real estate consultancy firm Savills, for the design and execution of the extension with the aim of increasing the possibilities of use of the spaces while maintaining the same level of excellence, quality and comfort offered by the current space.
