We wanted to build a community where professionals from different industries could collaborate, innovate, and grow. Today, we are proud to say that we have achieved much more than that. These three years have been a journey full of learnings, achievements, and significant evolution.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"457\" data-end=\"688\">At L&#8217;illa &amp; Co., we strive to offer a flexible, inspiring, and opportunity-filled work environment. Thanks to the trust of our members, we have reached milestones that position us as one of the leading coworking spaces in Barcelona.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"690\" data-end=\"758\">Therefore, we would like to share some of our achievements with you:<\/p>\n<ol data-start=\"760\" data-end=\"2038\">\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"760\" data-end=\"1085\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"763\" data-end=\"1085\"><strong data-start=\"763\" data-end=\"822\">More than 250 companies have been part of our community<\/strong> Since our opening, we have hosted over 250 companies of all sizes and industries. Each of them has contributed to creating a diverse and dynamic network that enriches the work environment and encourages collaboration among professionals from different fields.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"1087\" data-end=\"1426\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1090\" data-end=\"1426\"><strong data-start=\"1090\" data-end=\"1134\">More than 1,500 meetings and events held<\/strong> Over these three years, we have hosted more than 1,500 meetings, which have not only allowed our members to connect, share knowledge, and expand their professional networks but also provided external companies the opportunity to hold their meetings in a flexible and professional setting.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"1428\" data-end=\"1730\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1431\" data-end=\"1730\"><strong data-start=\"1431\" data-end=\"1467\">An average occupancy rate of 85%<\/strong> Since the beginning, we have maintained an average occupancy rate of 85%, reflecting the growing need for quality flexible workspaces. This high occupancy rate has allowed us to continue improving and expanding our facilities to meet the needs of our members.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"1732\" data-end=\"2038\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1735\" data-end=\"2038\"><strong data-start=\"1735\" data-end=\"1777\">100% compensation of our CO2 emissions<\/strong> At L&#8217;illa &amp; Co, sustainability is not just a trend but a real commitment to the environment.
